We, at SS family Footwear, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns and offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.


**Refunds**
